Housing Information
The military provides two options for the use of your Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH). The first is living on base. Your second option is using your BAH to rent or buy a home off base.

• The Housing Services Office (HSO) (805) 982-4321/4319. Contact the housing office as soon as you know you are moving. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing as well as referral services and relocation assistance. They offer counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement and help resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

NAS Point Mugu On Base Housing

• Single service members can contact Bachelor Housing (805) 989-8251 for assistance with room assignment.
  
  
• On-base housing for NAS Point Mugu is privatized and operated by Lincoln Military Housing (888) 887-3356, which offers 2-5 bedroom singly family and apartment homes in 8 neighborhoods based on rank and family size. Homes may include 1-2 car attached or detached garage, gas range and fenced yard. The community features a fitness center, tot lots, swimming pool and more.
